Description:
On the outskirts of the city of Guadalajara the land is located in a semi-virgin area, in direct contact with nature. It is located in the Guadalajara-Tequila tourist corridor. In an area of 450 hectares of oak, strawberry tree and oak forest.
The forest is inhabited by wild animals typical of the area, predominantly deer, wild boar, fox, squirrel and a large number of migratory birds, hummingbirds, cardinals, goldfinches and eagles, among others.
GROUND
Immersed in a wooded area full of trees and lush vegetation, the land has a great unevenness which can be used to generate a view all around it.
LEGAL RESTRICTIONS
They delimit the area to displace the construction, these affect the optimal area of which we wanted to conserve all the trees on the land.
OPTIMAL SURFACE
The surface is sought where no tree is removed, from this location we make the most of the immediate context and the entire natural environment of the land.
SUNNY
Due to the arrangement of the trees, there was a point at which the sunlight was too powerful in the public area, which is why it is proposed to section the volume.
SECTION
It is separated into 2 main volumes, one for private use and the other for public use, with this we guarantee the best lighting for each space without sacrificing the comfort of the inhabitants.
VOLUMES
Coexistence areas are generated between the volumes, in this way the land is used much better, by distributing spaces along it.
SLABS
In the public volume we raise the slab to take more advantage of the views towards the bottom of the land taking advantage of its same inclination, in the private volume we generate a semi-covered terrace on the roof to take advantage of the highest area of the land and the views that are around , both during the day and during starry nights.
The construction is distributed along the land to make the most of it and at the same time leave natural open areas and leave areas to be necessary to develop future growth, within which an annex for a pool, a guest house with areas divisible and movable panels to accommodate up to 15 people simultaneously, tree houses for children, indoor and outdoor movie theater, plus a small auditorium, since most of the family plays musical instruments and when the whole family meets they make small personal and group presentations for the visits.
